"Another quick fix, where you eat nothing and work out constantly. I quite like the idea of these but i wouldnt expect to keep the weight off. Kerry Katona is famous for using these, in fact she is famous for trying every quick fix in the book but she never keeps the weight off and is probably a bad advert for the fat camp. They usually consist of getting up at five, a bowl of unsweetened porridge, hiking up snowdon or something similar at the fastest pace possible and back down for lunch of steam veg with grilled chicken. Aerobics in the afternoon and a fish salad for tea at around about 5pm. Green tea only to drink and certainly no fizzy drinks, coffee or alcohol! All to do again the day after! In reality your consuming less than a 1000 calories and burning more!"
